They have offered a special for Suburban Athletics For these sessions, athletes can schedule what works for their schedule around practice, games, and other activities. Our speed and agility training sessions are an hour long and are done in small groups to ensure individual improvements. Each athlete has their own workout and are progressed on their individual abilities. Since each athlete's schedule and needs are different, we do packages of sessions to be used. This way each athlete can schedule based on their own schedule in case they have to vary the number of sessions from week to week because of conflicts. We recommend 1-2 sessions per week for our athletes 14 and under.
