XLR8 Sports Training is a science based training solution that delivers real on the field results for athletes looking to improve their athleticism.
From spring speed, acceleration, agility, foot speed, vertical jump, strength, endurance, recovery, or getting back into the game after injury or time off, we can design a personal program to help you achieve your goals. Training sessions are approximately one hour long and one to three days per week based on an athlete's availability.
Our programs focus on the individual's needs and goals. Over the last 10 years, we have trained individuals that competed at the recreational, youth, high school, collegiate, masters, professional, and Olympic levels.
